Group Silarquen uses Silarquen Business OS as a digital product designed for minimal data collection.

Data collection

Support requests are handled by email at contact@silarquen.com. Messages may include contact details and message content provided by the user. Roadmap update requests sent by email may include the email address and message content provided by the user. Do not submit secrets, passwords or payment card details.

Purchases and secure access

Purchases are available through secure checkout when payment is configured in production. If online purchases are temporarily paused, prices remain listed in CAD for inspection while checkout is disabled and access can still be reviewed through manual access approval. OS access is primary after verified payment access or manual access approval. Backup downloads remain gated for support continuity. Workspace and AI Copilot are future product pages only and do not create a purchase, AI account or delivery access.
